Isha lead an unusual life being born to Kathak dancer Daksha Seth and a Buddhist monk Davissaro, living on the banks of Vellayani Lake in Thiruvananthapuram studying various dance forms like Mallakhamb, Kathak, Ballet, Yoga,  Kalaripayattu and Chhau.

Apart from her first movie Kisna, none of her other roles in movies like Luck By Chance and  U , Me Aur Hum have allowed her to bring out the dancer within.
